Not on this installation: reading a comment needs a permission this edition does not ask for, so no comment text, and no name, headline or picture of anybody who comments, is ever received or stored here. The rule is written down because the same software collects them where an account runs on its own application and has been granted that permission.

Refund and cancellation policy

This policy applies to every paid plan of Dispatch, provided by XONIK Technologies Private Limited. It takes effect on 2026-09-08.

Plans and billing

Plans are billed in advance, monthly or yearly, through PayPal. The price of each plan is shown on the pricing page at the time you subscribe. Prices exclude taxes where taxes apply.

Cancelling

You can cancel at any time from the Billing screen or from your PayPal account. Cancelling stops the next renewal. Your plan keeps working until the end of the period you have already paid for.

Refunds

Monthly plans are not refunded for a partly used month. If you cancel a yearly plan, we refund the months you did not use; the months you used are charged at the monthly price of the same plan, because the yearly price is a discount for committing to the full year. Refunds are paid back to the PayPal account that paid.

We may refuse a refund where the account was suspended for breaking the Terms or the Acceptable Use Policy.

Failed payments

If a payment fails, publishing pauses until it is paid. Nothing in the account is deleted for non-payment, and you can export your data at any time.

Chargebacks

If you dispute a payment with PayPal or your bank instead of asking us first, we may suspend the account while the dispute is open.
