In force from 2026-09-08. Between XONIK Technologies Private Limited and the organisation that opens an account.
Not on this installation: reading a comment needs a permission this edition does not ask for, so no comment text, and no name, headline or picture of anybody who comments, is ever received or stored here. The rule is written down because the same software collects them where an account runs on its own application and has been granted that permission.

AI use policy

How Dispatch, provided by XONIK Technologies Private Limited, uses artificial intelligence. Takes effect on 2026-09-08.

Your own key

Drafting, research and analysis run on an AI model through an API key that you add. The model vendor's own terms and privacy policy apply to what is sent to it, and the vendor bills you directly. We do not resell model access.

Agreement first

Nothing is sent to a model until someone in your account has agreed to what the assistance does, on the AI settings screen. You can withdraw that agreement at any time.

A person approves

Every AI-drafted post and comment needs a person's approval before it can be published. Dispatch never publishes AI output on its own, and never posts comments.

Sources and records

Claims are tied to their sources, and we keep a record of which model and version drafted a post, which sources it used and who approved it.

Your data

We do not use your content, your posts or your comments to train any AI model.

Accuracy

AI output can be wrong. Predictions are estimates shown with a range, not promises. You remain responsible for checking what you publish.

Limits

You can set spending limits on drafting for your account and for each person.
