In force from 2026-09-08. Between XONIK Technologies Private Limited and the organisation that opens an account.
Not on this installation: reading a comment needs a permission this edition does not ask for, so no comment text, and no name, headline or picture of anybody who comments, is ever received or stored here. The rule is written down because the same software collects them where an account runs on its own application and has been granted that permission.
Acceptable use and compliance policy
This policy is part of the Terms of XONIK Technologies Private Limited for Dispatch and takes effect on 2026-09-08.
What Dispatch never does
It never likes, comments, sends messages or connects on anybody's behalf by itself.
It never scrapes LinkedIn feeds or profiles.
It never takes part in engagement pods or any form of artificial reach.
It never runs inside LinkedIn through a browser extension. It uses LinkedIn's official API only.
What you agree not to do
Publish anything unlawful, defamatory, harassing, discriminatory or infringing.
Publish claims you know to be false or misleading, or remove the source of a claim to mislead.
Impersonate a person or organisation, or connect a LinkedIn profile or page you are not authorised to act for.
Send spam, or use the drafting tools to produce bulk unsolicited messages.
Break LinkedIn's User Agreement, Professional Community Policies or API terms through the product.
Try to get around plan limits, security controls or another customer's data.
Your responsibility
You are responsible for everything published from your account, for the people you give access to, and for the accounts of your clients that you connect.
What we may do
We may pause publishing, suspend an account or refuse a post where we reasonably believe this policy, the Terms or LinkedIn's rules are being broken. Where it is safe and lawful to do so, we tell you first.
